Deputy head of Dnipropetrovsk regional administration appointed construction minister

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Hennadiy Temnyk has been appointed Regional Development, Construction, Utilities and Housing Economy Minister.

Decree No. 736/2012 of December 24, 2012 was posted on the official Web site of the head of state on Monday.

Temnyk was born on June 9, 1970 in Kirovohrad region. In 1992 he graduated Voronezh military aviation engineering collage and since 2010 he has been a student of Dnipropetrovsk regional state management institute of National State Management Academy.

Temnyk from April 2006 to April 2010 was deputy head of Kryvy Rih city administration and since April 2010 he has been deputy head of Dnipropetrovsk regional administration.

Earlier Anatoliy Blyzniuk had been regional development, construction, utilities and housing economy minister since July 12, 2011. Blyzniuk was elected to Ukrainian parliament.
