Serhii Bykov
Political Consultant, Information Security Expert
Born on January 22, 1993, in Kyiv, into a family of civil servant. He received education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Strategic Management in National Security) and the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Political Science). He is a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants of Ukraine.
Before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he worked in the expert community. Collaborated with the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, led communications for the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. He served as the head of Media at the Ukrainian House “Volia Space” at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Author of scientific papers and studies in the field of information security and cognitive warfare.
