Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy joined the organization of the auction in support of the Armed Forces. Emily Resort hosted a charity evening-auction in support of the Armed Forces Victory begins with you.

It was held on the initiative of maecenas Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and under the auspices of the head of the Lviv RMA Maksym Kozytskyy and the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi.

100 unique, valuable and exclusive lots were presented at the charity auction evening hosted by Emily Event Hall.

The proceeds from their sale will go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, territorial defense units and the Hirska Children’s School of Arts in Luhansk region. The campaign was supported by the CO CF Ridna Obolon, Cultural Innovations and CO CF Kniazha Ukraina charitable foundations.

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted that they never stopped helping the army, especially on such a good day when our military entered Kherson.

– I am very happy that Emily Resort, Rukh Football Club and my friends joined in this and added a small drop to the cup of victory that awaits us in the future. The money that God gives us, we should invest in the right stories, in good deeds, – says Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.

The participants of the action could buy antiques, exclusive old prints, icons, paintings, as well as unique war trophies won by the Ukrainian military, freeing, for example, Zmiiny Island from the occupiers, collectible coins, swords and lighters with the signature of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi and the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov.

All lots are unique, have cultural and historical value, they were provided by collectors and patrons from private collections. These are art objects, old books.

In particular, one of them from 1663, by the way, was published in Lviv by the printing house of the Lviv Brotherhood by the first printer Ivan Fedorov. Also among the exhibits is the Gospel of 1891, a bronze mace of the 12th century.

– Many of the lots that we purchased today will be given to charity, in particular, church items, the Gospel for the Holy Procession will be given to church organizations so that they can find their place there, because that is where they belong. And Kobzar, I think, will be left for our children as a memory of Ukrainian culture and the fact that he also became the part that led us to victory.

In fact, every Ukrainian will donate to our army without exception – some hryvnia, some ten, and some a thousand or more. We must show our support every day and not stop. The struggle continues, and until we return all our lands and all our people home, we will not stop, – said the president of the Rukh Yuliya Dumanska.

The event was attended by local businessmen, politicians, and collectors.

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and his wife bought over $30,000 worth of exhibits at the auction.

During the two previous auction evenings held in Kyiv and Poltava, almost UAH 7 million were collected for the Armed Forces. This time, after the event in Lviv, at the Emily Resort, about 4.5 million UAH will go to the needs of the Ukrainian army.

            – Protecting the territory of our Mother-Ukraine is the biggest victory and the biggest lot in this war. The words of Stepan Bandera, who said a unique phrase, turned out to be prophetic: And the time will come when one will say Glory to Ukraine!, and millions will respond to the Heroes Glory! We are invincible, and every Ukrainian on his front is doing his share of work for our overall victory, – says maecenas Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.

The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyy, symbolically noted that the auction was held on the day when the Armed Forces entered Kherson, and this evening was organized in support of our armed forces. It is very important.

            – Every work that is exhibited here can become a decoration of any museum. That is why we need more modern quality museums in Lviv so that the whole world can see these beautiful works. Attention to Ukrainian old prints and antiques will grow every year.

In fact, it is not a thankless task to organize such things, because no one will see and praise you. But God sees, he will praise, – noted the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi.
