Shelling of residential areas of settlements in Kyiv region – local authorities
The shelling of residential areas in Buchansky district continues, periodic battles take place in Hostomel, Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba said.
"Buchansky district. There are shelling of residential areas of Irpin, Myrotska, Nemishayeve, Makariv, Bucha, Hostomel, Mykulychi. In Borodianka, as a result of shelling and airstrikes, the housing sector and infrastructure were severely damaged. There are periodic battles in Hostomel.
"There is information about the formation of new columns of the invader. Our servicemen is holding the defense," Kuleba said in a Telegram on Wednesday, informing about the operational situation in the region at the current hour.
He said that in Boryspil region there is a fight against saboteurs, but the situation is stable and under control. Kuleba said that utilities and infrastructure facilities in the district are operating as usual.
According to Kuleba, there is no damage in Fastivsky district and "measures are being taken against saboteurs," in Bilotserkivsky district the consequences of explosions and missile attacks are being eliminated.
Vyshgorodsky district. The north of the region is occupied by the enemy. Polisya, Dymerska, Ivankivska communities are on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe. There is a constant regrouping of the forces of the invader," head of the Regional State Administration said.
He also said that in Brovarsky district there is an accumulation of enemy equipment.
"The situation is stable and under control. Utilities and infrastructure facilities are operating normally," Kuleba said.
