Polling stations for local elections open in Ukraine

In Ukraine at 08.00, polling stations for local elections open, and Ukrainians will elect deputies to local, district or regional councils and heads of territorial communities.

The polling stations will close at 20.00.

On Sunday night, Ukraine switched to "winter time": at 4:00 the clock was moved one hour back.
