Fifty-nine civilians killed in Donbas in 2017

As many as 59 civilians have been killed in Donbas since the beginning of this year, Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission Alexander Hug said.

Civilian casualties have been on the rise, and the OSCE SMM has confirmed 341 civilian casualties since the beginning of this year, including 59 killed and 282 injured, Hug said.
