Poroshenko says anti-Russian sanctions must stay in place until sustainable peace in Donbas

The sanctions introduced by the international community against Russia over Ukraine must remain in place until the restoration of sustainable peace in Donbas and Ukraine's sovereignty over Crimea.
"Therefore, without sustainable peace in Donbas – sanctions must stay in place. Without restoring Ukraine's sovereignty over Crimea – sanctions must stay in place. Without a new Russian attitude – sanctions must stay in place," the president said at the 'Ukraine's Battle for Freedom Continues' forum in Washington on Thursday.
"Anything less would be a compromise at the cost of values and justice," he added.
