Poltorak invites American colleague to visit Ukraine
Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak invited United States Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter to come to Ukraine.
"I invited a good friend of Ukraine, U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter to visit out country to personally see the changes in the country and make sure that Ukraine is a different country now," Poltorak said at a joint press conference an Pentagon, the press service of the ministry said.
After the end of the press conference, Carter shook hands with his Ukrainian colleague and said that they would see each other in Ukraine.
