Poroshenko orders OSCE and Russian representatives be informed of militants' violations of Minsk agreements

Ukrainian President, Supreme Commander Petro Poroshenko has ordered that representatives of the OSCE SMM and, via the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire (JCCC), Russian representatives be informed of violations of the Minsk accords by militants, the press service of the General Command reported.
At 06:00 on Monday, Chief of General Staff, Chief Commander of Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on the situation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone to the President of Ukraine. "For a couple of hours, militants were cynically violating the preliminary agreements and conducting artillery and mortar fire on our position near Starohnativka," the press service of the General Command of Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on "Facebook".
"The Supreme Commander ordered that representatives of the OSCE mission and, via JCCC, Russian representatives be informed of violations of the Minsk accords by militants. Right now, ATO forces are taking action to settle the situation," reads the statement.
Escalation of the situation is connected to the provocation with the employees of OSCE SMM that work in Donetsk, during which four mission's cars were destroyed. Thus, the General Staff believes that the militants are trying to scare representatives of the international organization, pressure the monitors by not letting them present unbiased information on the situation in the region.
"According to the operational data, Deputy Commander of Russian Ground Forces Alexander Lentsov is now on the militant-controlled territory. His actions are connected to the coordination of militants' actions," the General Staff reported.
