Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk will pay a working visit to the United States on June 8-10, and Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko will accompany him on the trip, the Ukrainian government press service reported.

"Within the framework of the visit, meetings with the U.S. leadership, Congress and its political leaders, the chiefs of the Department of State and the financial and energy blocks of the U.S. government are planned. The Ukrainian delegation will hold negotiations with the IMF management," it said.

Yatseniuk is also set to meet with members of the Ukrainian diaspora in the U.S. and speak at a forum of the American Jewish Congress.

"The economic and financial components of the upcoming negotiations will concern relevant aspects of cooperation with the IMF and other international institutions and the encouragement of Ukraine's continued support by its partners. Inter alia, the conversations will deal with preparations for a Ukrainian-U.S. investment conference scheduled for July 13, 2015 in Washington," it said.

"The political agenda of the talks will include measures to strengthen international solidarity around Ukraine's territorial integrity and security," it said.
