City Administration: Hostilities in Donetsk kill three civilians, injure ten

Tensions flared in Donetsk on the night of December 6 to December 7: the hostilities killed three civilians and another ten suffered injuries of varying degrees, the city administration said.

"The hostilities had the biggest impact on the Kirovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts," the report said.

Shells hit homes and utility lines on Yuhoslavska, Kuibyshev, Yermolay Zhukov, Ohinsky, Korniyenko, Mistobudivelnykiv and Biryuzova Streets.

"Artillery bombardments damaged a high-voltage power line in the Kirovsky district; 15 transformer substations were disabled," the report said, adding that the power line was being repaired.

Tensions persisted in Donetsk in the morning and the sound of powerful explosions and heavy weapons fire was heard.
