Five civilians injured in gunfire in Donetsk - city council

On Wednesday fighting took place in Donetsk's Petrovsky district and explosions were heard around the city, the Donetsk City Council has said in a statement.
"Five civilians were injured in the Petrovsky district," the document said.
Private residential houses were damaged by shells at Zonalna Street, 11 Latsysa Street, 3 Dorozhnia Street, and second, third, sixth to eighth floors of a nine-storey building at 2 Schypachova Street, the mayor's office said. Windows were damaged in neighboring buildings and the main building of the city hospital No. 14.
Substations were cut off by artillery strikes yet again - 25 substations in the village of Trudivska mine and other 25 in residential quarters of the Abakumov mine. "Repair works continue at the cotton plant substation and 10 substations are left to be connected in the Tekstylnyk micro-district," the city council said.
A low-pressure gas pipeline at 64 Mahdeburzka Street was damaged in strikes as well and 70 private houses in the Petrovsky district have no gas.
"As of 0930 on Wednesday, the situation in the city remains tense," the statement said.
