President replaces Counterterrorism Center Chief Krutov with Hrytsak

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has replaced Chief of the Counterterrorism Center of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and SBU First Deputy Chief Vasyl Krutov with Vasyl Hrytsak.
Respective orders were signed by the president and posted on the president's official Web site.
Poroshenko also dismissed Vladyslav Bukharev, who was another SBU First Deputy Chief and was simultaneously in charge of the main anti-corruption and organized crime control department of the SBU central department.
Yuriy Artiukhov was appointed to replace Bukharev.
Hrytsak previously served as the deputy and first deputy head of the SBU – the head of the main department for combating corruption and organized crime of the SBU central department (from June 2009 to March 2010).
Krutov was appointed as the head of the Counterterrorism Center of the Security Service of Ukraine and the first deputy head of the SBU in mid-April of 2014.
