Several explosions occur at two sections of Donetsk railroad

Several explosions occurred at two sections of the Donetsk railroad on Tuesday, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry PR department for the Donetsk railroad said in a statement.

"At 0405 line department front office of the Luhansk station received statement of railroad employees that at about 0215 three explosions occurred at the point No. 1 main line of the Kondrashivska-Nova station, on the side of the Ohorodny station, and damaged 12 meters of the railroad and railroad point No. 1," the document said.

Explosions have also occurred at the Bukyne-Sviatohirsk section.

According to the information of police, at 6.15 front office of the Krasny Lyman station was informed by duty officer of the Sviatohirsk station that an explosion, which damaged one meter of the railroad and contact-wire line, occurred at the 398th km of the end No. 8 of the odd-numbered block of the Bukyne-Sviatohirsk stations.

Investigative groups are working at the sites and explosions have not injured anyone.

Train service at these sections has been suspended.
