Putin orders approval of draft agreement on Crimea's accession to Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to approve a draft agreement between Russia and Crimea on Crimea's accession to Russia.

The relevant order has been posted on the official on-line portal of legal information.

The document also stipulates the order "to consider it practical to sign the Agreement at the highest level."

According to the decree, the draft agreement stipulates the formation of new regions in Russia.
