Yanukovych declares Feb 20 day of mourning for victims of disturbances in Ukraine

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has declared February 20 a day of mourning in Ukraine due to the casualties following mass disturbances.

"Due to the casualties following mass disturbances it has been ordered to declare February 20, 2014 a day of mourning in Ukraine," the presidential decree released on Wednesday said.
