Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov is still thinking over the membership of the new government, as he wants to create a single team that is able to work effectively during the economic crisis.

"We are to carry out intensive work. This is why I am still thinking over the membership of the government. In this extreme and uneasy situation ministers should be able to cope with a lot of tasks," he said in an interview with the First National Channel on December 15.

According to the premier, people that are to become ministers in the government led by him will have to take extraordinary decisions, as well as to be responsible for their implementation and consequences.

"A minister has to be a team player, because one many-sided person cannot cope with such big problems. A strong team has to work on them. I never tolerated and I will never allow any whimpering and grumbling," he said.
