Regions Party receives 30.5% votes, Batkivschyna – 23.9%, UDAR – 14.7%, Communist Party – 12.1%, Svoboda – 11.9%, says exit poll conducted by TNS-SOCIS

According to an exit poll conducted by the TNS research company and the Center for Social and Marketing Research SOCIS, five parties are to receive seats in the Ukrainian parliament of the seventh convocation.

According to the polls' data announced on the ICTV and Inter television channels on Sunday evening, the Regions Party got 30.5% of the votes (is to receive 74 seats according to the party ticket), the Batkivschyna United Opposition received 23.9% (58 seats), Vitali Klitschko's UDAR Party got 14.7% (36 seats), the Communist Party of Ukraine received 12.1% (29 seats), and the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union received 11.9% (29 seats).

The Regions Party leads the parliamentary elections in majority constituencies with 27.8% of the votes. It is followed by independent candidates with 19.3%. Candidates in majority constituencies from the Batkivschyna United Opposition received 18.3%, UDAR – 10.4%, the Communist Party – 8.6%, and Svoboda – 5.8%.

Thus, according to the exit poll, seats in the Ukrainian parliament will be distributed in the following way: the Regions Party – 145 seats, Batkivschyna – 105, UDAR – 63, the Communist Party – 44, Svoboda – 51. In addition, 50 independent candidates will get seats in the parliament.

Among the parties that failed to overcome the 5% threshold are Natalia Korolevska's Ukraine-Forward! Party (1.64%) and Oleh Liashko's Radical Party (0.9%). The rest of the parties received even less of the votes.
