Calculation of votes won't be falsified, says Azarov
The expression of Ukrainians' will at the upcoming parliamentary elections will be evaluated fairly and the elections will be open, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"When the polling stations close, the votes will be counted, and election commissions will do this openly in front of the cameras. Thus, any stories about possible falsifications at the elections will be absolutely ruled out by technical means and, of course, thanks to the presence of many observers," the premier told journalists in Kyiv on Friday, following examination of a polling station.
"I'm sure that the elections will be fair. And the question of how our people will vote should be addressed to voters, and not to us. I have no doubt that their votes will be counted fairly," the premier said.
The parliamentary elections in Ukraine will be held on October 28.
