Ukrainian Red Cross' Reboot project gives chance to master new profession

More than 125 participants of the Reboot implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in Ternopil region have mastered new professions.
“More than 125 participants from different corners of Ternopil region have already taken advantage of a unique opportunity to change their lives with the help of the Reboot project. The initiative, implemented by the Ternopil regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Spanish and Swiss Red Crosses, offers free retraining for vulnerable categories of the population,” the Ukrainian Red Cross said on Facebook on Friday.
Participants in the project have got new professions such as hairdresser, masseur, pastry chef, teacher's assistant (inclusion) and tailor. In addition, they have improved their Ukrainian and English language skills, and are continuing their training in digital literacy, BAS accounting and category B and C driving courses.
The main objective of the Reboot project is to increase employment opportunities for individuals in need of requalification or seeking new vocational training.
