Darnytsia pharmaceutical firm sees net profit rise by 5% in Q3, 2017
PrJSC Darnytsia pharmaceutical firm (Kyiv) in the third quarter of 2017 saw its net profit rise by 5% compared to the same period in 2016, to UAH 252.3 million.
According to a company quarterly financial report posted in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, gross profit of the company grew by 19% and amounted to UAH 998.6 million.
The net sales income of Darnytsia in July-September increased by almost 20%, to UAH 1.8 billion.
In 2016 Darnytsia saw net profit fall by 11% compared to 2015, to UAH 341 million.
The pharmaceutical company is one of the ten largest pharmaceutical producers in Ukraine and the top ten hospital suppliers.
As reported, in 2016 it ranked third following Farmak and Arterium Corporation in terms of pharmacy sales of medicines among Ukrainian companies.
