Discussion on Cabinet reshuffle to be agreed with president - Yatseniuk

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that he has a proposal on a cabinet reshuffle and it is being agreed with the Ukrainian president.
"I have a concrete plan for the new structure of the Cabinet of Ministers, the new structure of regional and district administrations and for some staff appointments. We are to make a joint decision with the Ukrainian president – he has the largest faction. We've started the discussion," he said in an interview on the "Prime-Time with Myroslava Gongadze" TV program on TV Channel "UA: First" on Thursday.
"The prime minister does not have the powers to reshuffle the Cabinet of Ministers himself. The Constitution states this. The prime minister does not have powers to change any minister," he said.
Yatseniuk said that he will go to parliament on December 11 with a report on the work of the government.
He said he supports the continuation of the parliamentary coalition.
"There is no power to destroy it. This is not the option for the country," he said.
"Some Ukrainian politicians hope that with populism and anti-government rhetoric their images could be improved, then an early parliamentary election will be held and they will return somewhere on a white horse. I think that there will not be "then." History does not give us a chance. I think that this is the last chance for Ukraine to become a part of the European space and this is its last chance for success," he said.
