Azarov: It's time to establish uniform rules for all participants of domestic market.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov believes that it's time to establish clear and transparent rules for all the participants of the country's internal market.
"There is an urgent need to establish uniform clear and transparent rules, which will be economically attractive for all participants of domestic trade, both for trade and for product suppliers," he said during a discussion of the bill on domestic trade with representatives of NGOs in Kyiv on Thursday.
Among the legislatively unsettled issues the premier named the work of online stores, especially those that do not have their own premises.
Azarov also expressed his concern over the sales of alcoholic beverages to people under the legal age.
"While this is out of the question in large retail chains, this often happens in small stores," he said.
